One Sudbrook Park, Baltimore County, Maryland homeowner asked their next door neighbor for the name of their architect and builder who completed a gorgeous Kitchen, Breakfast room and screened in Porch project. The client recommended Kutner Architect Builder Remodeler and the firm designed and built a portico using 8" tapered fiberglass columns, Azek trim boards, a stained wood ceiling and man-made slate shingles. Upon completion, the referring client expressed interest in having her own portico and blue stone paver walkway. Two side by side projects in historic Sudbrook Park fit in well with the neighborhood.
